While the institutions offer scholarships for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs, one scholarship that stands out from the rest is the GREAT Scholarship. GREAT scholarship is jointly funded by the UK government and the British Council with participating UK higher education institutions. It offers 60 scholarships from UK universities, across a variety of subjects for students from India. Each scholarship is worth a minimum of £10,000 towards tuition fees for a one-year postgraduate course.

Canada provides students with scholarships under three main categories - Canadian Government Scholarships, Non-Governmental Scholarships and Institutional Scholarships.
